Walked into Nordstrom Rack over the weekend to get a dress shirt for a wedding. Since I got married, my dress shirts have become harder and harder to close the top button. Instead of spending another day feeling like I was slowing being hung, I decided to get a new shirt.
Unsure of my new neck size, I asked an elderly gentleman to measure me.
Elderly Gentleman: (wraps the tape around my neck, pulls its tight) OK... see this is tight.... now lets give you a little breathing room, and let you be comfortable. (loosens the tape about half an inch)
ME: Thats perfect right there.
Elderly Gentleman: You must be a professional wrestler or something. Youre a size 17.
ME: (Right fist to old mans face) haha... no... no, im not.
Old Man: You should seriously look into it.
Ok so he didnt say the last line... but he looked at me like he wanted to say it.
This is Maurice Jones-Drew, RB for the Jacksonville Jaguars. You can see that he is very athletic as he's doing a flip in celebration of a touchdown.
He is 5'7 and 205. As a rookie he had 16 TD's 13 of them rushing. People call him the human bowling ball for his ability to run people over due to his lower center of gravity than larger, taller defenders.
This is me. (on the right). You can see that I too am very athletic by the way I can contort my face in this picture.
I am 5'7 and 205. A while back, I bowled a 84 in a small group tournament. I followed that up recently with consecutive 165's hollar.
HOW THE FREAK CAN THE SAME HEIGHT AND WEIGHT REPRESENT 2 TOTAL OPPOSITES????!??!?!?!
Im calling Halas Hall as soon as this posts and tell them I am the future of their franchise.
Ladies and gentlemen, your future halfback for the Chicago Bears. ME.
